The Global Roundtable for Sustainable Beef is bringing together communicators from around the world for its second Sustainability Communicators Summit, May 22-23, 2019.
Hosted at the new McDonald's global headquarters in downtown Chicago, the Summit agenda features scientists, storytellers, beef producers and multi-stakeholder communication experts who will help GRSB to begin the first phase of developing a global narrative for beef sustainability.
The Summit is open to GRSB membership, sustainability communicators and stakeholders who enable them (with budgets, resources and leadership), social and environmental scientists, and other sustainability thought leaders.
What you can expect to hear during the Communicators Summit:
Fresh perspectives on 21st century sustainability communication
from experts from Australia, Brazil, Canada, Europe, U.S., Zimbabwe, and more!
Beef sustainability science that will help to establish a
baseline of big questions, opportunities and risks to demonstrate beef’s role
in a thriving food system, specifically linked to beef’s impact to the planet
· Passion and urgency for amplifying sustainability communication during collaborative working sessions designed to build the foundation for a GRSB-led vision to change the status quo in beef sustainability communication.
